Our client is seeking a proactive Document Controller to join its dynamic Perth-based team. This role provides vital support to engineering and project teams, managing document workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate project records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track, and control engineering documentation to support project milestones.
  • Register and upload technical deliverables in Teamcenter and client portals (TeamBinder/Aconex).
  • Maintain and review document control processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide user training and support for engineering document management systems.
  • Verify document quality, formatting, and coding in accordance with project templates and standards.
  • Generate progress reports reflecting document control and design deliverable performance.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in document control for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in document management systems such as Teamcenter, SharePoint, TeamBinder, or Aconex.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Rational DOORS would be an added advantage.
