The Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Contract Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be a key member of the project delivery team, working on high-end fit-outs and major refurbishments.

What You'll Bring

  • A qualification in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Construction Induction White Card
  • Experience using Procore (highly regarded)

What You'll Do

  • Preparing and monitoring the procurement schedule in conjunction with the project manager and in alignment with program of the project
  • Build and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Administer all aspects of the head contract, including variations, EOTs, delay notices, and practical completion
  • Prepare subcontract agreements, detailed scopes of work, and trade package documentation
  • Deliver accurate cost reports and support profitability reviews
  • Assist with progress claims, tax invoices, and compliance documentation for project milestones
  • Maintain document control and ensure smooth communication across the project team and stakeholders
