About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive
Junior Project Coordinator
to support project teams with planning, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. This role is ideal for someone early in their project career who enjoys working with people, managing timelines, and helping to keep project activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and task coordination.
  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.
  • Track progress against project timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Support communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Help identify issues or delays and escalate them where necessary.
  • Contribute to preparing reports, presentations, and project summaries.
  • Maintain organised records and project files.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
