The Role:

We're seeking a motivated Candidate Manager / Candidate Resourcer to join our Brisbane team. This is a fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in building and maintaining our workforce pool, ensuring our clients always have the right people when they need them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates for civil construction roles
  • Maintaining an active candidate database and workforce pipeline
  • Conducting reference checks and compliance verification
  • Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure retention and redeployment
  • Supporting the recruitment team with daily workforce coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, labour hire, or a resourcing role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A proactive and people-focused approach
