Human Resources Manager
to lead the human resources function for a well-established business. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you'll influence culture, support leaders, and drive strategic people initiatives across a growing organisation.
About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources across multiple sites, supporting both operational and corporate teams. You'll lead a small, capable team while working closely with senior management to ensure a high-performing, compliant, and values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-impact HR team
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and industry regulations
- Drive a positive and inclusive culture across the business
- Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and maintain HR best practices
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in HR, including 3+ years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on capability
