Resourcing Specialist – Oxley | Brisbane

Join our fantastic Brisbane team as a Resourcing Specialist based in Oxley, where you'll play a key role in connecting great people with great opportunities.

This role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for our valued clients, ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of tailored staffing solutions across a range of industries. You'll act as the vital link between candidates and clients, helping to identify talent, manage compliance, and promote a strong culture of safety and service excellence.

About the role:

As a Resourcing Specialist joining our vibrant and professional Oxley team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates
  • Conducting and recording reference checks
  • Writing and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Providing excellent customer service to our candidates and clients
  • Effective database management
  • Data entry and compliance via Microsoft and internal systems
  • Promoting a positive safety culture across the business both on site and in the office

What are we looking for?

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly phone manner not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Positive attitude and proactive outlook on tasks
  • Enjoys working in a team but also can work autonomously and manage an individual workload
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office & basic computer skills
  • Outstanding communication both written and verbal
