Previously known as Alliance Health, Alliance Nursing was built by nurses for nurses. We have been placing RNs, ENs, AINs, Midwives and Personal Support Workers for over 70 years in leading hospitals and healthcare facilities across Australia.

About the role

As the Candidate Engagement Consultant, you will be a key member of our Brisbane team. You will be responsible for creating a seamless interaction between recruitment and allocations teams to increase the candidate satisfaction and tenure, whilst assisting both teams during increased periods.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist allocations with the placing of candidates into shift requests from clients
  • Assist recruitment team with screening, onboarding and compliance as required.
  • Perform outbound calls to newly activated candidates in the database, with check-ins regularly until regular work pattern established, (10 shifts.)
  • Building rapport with newly activated candidates to increase tenure.

To be Successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience with Records Management Systems and Databases.
  • Demonstrated ability and success in a customer focused role within a service industry, including recruitment, candidate selection, Call Centre and Tele sales.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently, professionally and respectfully across all levels and all mediums – phone, in person, over email.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
  • Persistent and resilient
  • Accurate data-entry skills.
