We're looking for an experienced Resourcing Administrator to join our high-performing Resourcing team in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our organisation continues to attract, onboard, and retain the very best talent, while supporting the smooth delivery of workforce resourcing processes across the business.

The Role

As a Resourcing Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes across our centres and offices, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient resourcing support.
  • Manage internal staff movements including secondments, transfers, and promotions, ensuring compliance and seamless transitions.
  • Administer contract variations and employee lifecycle changes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Oversee visa processing and compliance to support international candidates and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
  • Provide high-quality recruitment support that attracts exceptional talent while maintaining compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain and update records within the recruitment management system, supporting reporting and workforce insights.
  • Contribute to building a positive candidate and employee experience that connects people to our purpose.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or resourcing administration, including high-volume environments.
  • Proven knowledge of HR and recruitment practices such as onboarding, screening, contracts, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Experience handling contract administration, internal transfers, and visa processing (essential or highly regarded).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build rapport quickly at all levels.
  • A proactive, positive outlook, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
