We are seeking a qualified Caravan Repair/Service Technician to assist and or manage our customers when they encounter issues with their camper trailers or hybrid caravans. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers are back on the road as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on a wide range of caravans/campers and will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Caravan and Camper Repairs/Service Technician
  • Strong technical knowledge of caravan/camper construction and systems; including electrical systems such as REDARC and Projecta
  • Ability to diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of caravans/campers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • The belief that if you're going to do a job, you believe in doing it right
  • You don't need much supervision, just guidance but enjoy working in a team
  • Are reliable, attend work consistently and have a good work ethic
  • Experience in towing and reversing caravans/campers
  • A current Australian driver's license

The role will be based in our Lansvale Production Facility with occasional visits to our Lansvale Showroom.
