At Jacobs, we're not just tackling environmental challenges – we're revolutionising the approach to PFAS management. As a global leader in innovative environmental solutions, we're seeking a visionary Growth Lead to spearhead our PFAS initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
As our Growth Lead, you'll drive Jacobs' expansion in the critical PFAS sector, partnering with key clients and internal teams to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. You'll be part of our Growth & Sales team, collaborating with our technical leadership, influencing strategy, and connecting innovative solutions with the clients who need them most.
What You'll Do
- Shape market strategy for PFAS solutions across government, resources, air services, and water sectors
- Build lasting relationships with clients facing complex PFAS challenges
- Stay ahead of evolving PFAS regulations, positioning Jacobs as the go-to expert
- Represent Jacobs at industry forums and regulatory discussions, establishing our thought leadership
- Collaborate with our marketing team to elevate Jacobs' brand in the PFAS space

Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with a passion for environmental solutions
- An exceptional relationship builder with a track record of driving growth
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and technical experts alike
- Adept at translating complex environmental challenges into actionable business opportunities
- Previous experience in growing business in PFAS solutions is valued but not a requirement. You will have demonstrated experience in identifying and converting opportunities for adjacent solutions such as environmental, water or treatment services and an ability to connect the right Jacobs expertise with the right clients.
