About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to own and build our entire digital lead generation engine — from running paid ads and creating lead magnets, to sending nurture emails and building funnels that convert.
You'll launch and optimise paid campaigns, write ad/email/landing page copy, and test lead capture strategies that grow our marketing database and generate sales pipeline.
You'll also work with our sales and tech team to build CRM workflows and outbound email campaigns that scale. As performance improves, we plan to grow a team around you — freeing you up to focus on strategy, creative partnerships, and bigger-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads to drive B2B leads
- Write and test high-converting ad copy, email copy, and landing page content
- Build and launch lead funnels, opt-in forms, and A/B tested landing pages
- Create downloadable lead magnets and gated content (e.g. guides, calculators, templates)
- Manage email marketing and outbound cold email campaigns using platforms like
- Set up pixel/tag-based retargeting campaigns across ad platforms
- Partner with relevant companies or platforms for co-branded offers, swaps, or promos
- Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with our growth goals
- Work with CRM and automation tools to segment, tag, and track leads through the funnel

- Have experience in B2B, merchant services, or fintech
- Know how to set up CRM tagging, lead scoring, or pipeline workflows
- Have run co-marketing campaigns or partnership promotions
- Have worked with external partners to run newsletter swaps or embedded offers
- Understand deliverability principles for cold or outbound email
