Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the strategy and guard the consistency and integrity of the KX Brand in alignment with business goals across AU and global network.
  • Use customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to guide data-driven decisions identifying and generating new leads, customer segments and product opportunities.
  • Lead in conflict resolution, mentor and effectively delegate to the marketing team and key stakeholders to cultivate a high-performing, competency-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Be a highly seasoned professional in stakeholder management with the ability to balance the conflicting needs between national and local campaigns as well as franchise partners, clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with global partners to align marketing efforts and share best practices.
  • Enhance brand equity and build industry partnerships to create a lasting competitive advantage.

Marketing Fund & ROI Management

  • Minimum four years of experience in responsibly owning and compliantly managing budgets; providing timely reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Regularly monitor maximum ROI, NPS and use KPIs with expert analytical skills on campaign performance vs financial impact.
  • Adept at identifying opportunities in spending efficiency and effective use of resources.

Franchise Network Support

  • Test and evolve solutions for effective Local Area Marketing (LAM) and franchise marketing to drive new leads and support studio growth.
  • Work seamlessly with HQ support teams to provide an exceptional quality of support and guidance for franchisees to ensure brand effectiveness as well as local market success
  • High level of experience in facilitating and delivering training and resources to empower franchisees in effective marketing execution.
  • Drive and develop the KX loyalty program to cultivate and reward loyal clients to maximise the client value proposition.
  • Manage a range of marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive community alignment.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives focused on class and product offerings, membership packs / pricing as well as specific studio challenges
  • Support the Network Campaign manager with impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive leads into studios
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Analyse campaign data to refine strategies and improve future performance.

Digital Strategy & Innovation

  • Ideate proactive strategies that stay ahead of current and forecasted trends to enhance competitiveness in the digital and AI space.
  • Drive traffic and lead-generation to the KX Pilates website through SEO, SEM, LEO, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Direct the social media strategy and engagement to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Play a key role in the full website redevelopment and implementation of branded structures, focusing on hyper-local SEO and Google My Business.
  • Support the integration of AI processes and a centralised GA4 system to gain actionable insights from customer feedback and digital analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • A Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in a leadership position in brand marketing, digital strategy and competency-building in teams; minimum 7 years working experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing digital agencies to drive performance
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders (written and in person).
  • Experience working within a franchise business model.
