As they scale, they are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive a 100% year-on-year increase in marketing-sourced revenue in 2025. This role is perfect for a data-driven, digital-first B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of demand generation, digital acquisition, and lead nurturing to drive revenue growth. You'll optimize existing strategies, implement new digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with Sales & SDRs to enhance lead-to-SQL conversion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to scale marketing efforts and potentially grow into a broader leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs to drive awareness, demand generation, and lead nurturing
Own and optimize SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid digital channels to scale pipeline growth efficiently
Manage marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) & CRM (Salesforce) to refine lead scoring, attribution models, and campaign tracking
Enhance lead handoff processes to SDRs and Sales teams, improving conversions and sales pipeline quality
Create and execute content marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, demand generation, and evergreen content (e.g. guides, eBooks, webinars, whitepapers)
Analyze marketing performance metrics, delivering data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and lower acquisition costs
Drive self-service digital growth for key product offerings, increasing inbound acquisition and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
8+ years of B2B growth marketing experience (SaaS, tech, legal tech, or fintech preferred)
Proven track record in demand generation, lead acquisition, and digital-first marketing strategies
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) & CRM (Salesforce)
Strong analytical and performance marketing skills, with experience optimizing campaign ROI and funnel conversion rates
Experience working closely with Sales teams & SDRs, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and conversion
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
