PIA is one of the largest property management agencies in Australia, managing 6,000+ rental properties in Sydney and have sold nearly $100M last year for our vendors. Our visionary leader and supportive manager are committed to faciliate you with your continuous success in this thrilling and high prospect new field with PIA, either HQ Sydney Olympic Park based or Mascot branch based.

About the Residential Property Sales role:

  • Listing and selling existing/resell properties and arranging & overseeing inspections
  • Seeking out and introducing buyers
  • Negotiating the sale and liaising with legal representatives

The ideal candidate (experienced one) will possess the following:

  • Track record of listings and sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced presentation skills
  • English proficiency, bilingual chinese language skills preferred
  • Full drive licence with own car
  • Real Estate Agent Licence , Certificate of Registration (COR) minimum
  • Able to work autonomously and result drvien
  • Full right to work and live in Australia
