For more than 35 years, Billbergia has shaped Sydney's skyline, delivering luxury, high-end apartments and creating vibrant, sustainable, and connected communities.  We are now looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to join our team and provide high-level operational and administrative support to our Head of Sales.

Your Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive sales support individual to join our growing team
.
 In this role, you will work closely with our agent partners, coordinating ongoing product training, managing day-to-day sales support requests, and fostering strong relationships to drive partner prospecting. You will also play a key role in assisting with client-facing events and property seminars. This is a dynamic position where you will collaborate with our external agent network, ensuring seamless processes, exceptional presentation standards, and a consistently high level of service.

Agent & Partner Support

  • Manage onboarding and training processes for new sales agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agent partners to drive property sales and support their day-to-day requirements.
  • Assist with seminars, property information sessions, and networking events to strengthen engagement and partnerships.
  • Provide comprehensive support to external agents by coordinating property inspections and ensuring all reasonable requests are met to the highest standard.

Events & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing property launches, seminars, and agent-focused events.
  • Coordinate property sales campaigns, ensuring the timely delivery of all marketing materials and supporting collateral.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting sales performance data to support strategic decision-making and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring all agent and client interactions reflect professionalism and service excellence.

Skills Required

  • Experience in real estate sales coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders
  • Professionally presented and well-groomed, with a polished and confident demeanour
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

xcellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
