the Role:

  • Advertisement and leasing of properties.
  • Conducting open inspections and managing in/outgoing inspections.
  • Overseeing the leasing process from inquiry to drafting leases.
  • Providing assistance to our property management team.
  • Utilizing our systems to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and landlords.
  • Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance, improvements, and inspections.
  • Monday to Saturday position with a weekday off.

About You:

  • Possession of a Real Estate license or assistant agent certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong passion for and commitment to customer service.
  • Ready to embark on a new journey with us.
