The position

Operating with the guidance of our highly successful Elite Sales Team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and sms
  • Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
  • Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, and developing relationships
  • Database management: data entry, contact management
  • Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
  • Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
  • Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed

  • Possesses strong written and verbal skills

  • Wants to build a career in Real Estate Sales
  • Holds a current Driver's licence and owns a reliable car
  • Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence, OR is willing to obtain before commencement if successful
