Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role with prefered location in Melbourne, where some work-from-home is acceptable. As a Sales and BD Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, creating business development strategies, and identifying new market opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and deliver value to clients in the agriculture sector.
Qualifications
- at least 5 years of sales experience in the AgTech sector
- Sales and business development skills
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of AgTech solutions and agricultural practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
