Role Snapshot

Lead EXEC's strategy and policy for national growth; allocate resources (budget/capex/headcount); drive cross‑functional outcomes across Sales/BD/Marketing with close alignment to Operations/Finance; represent EXEC in major tenders/negotiations; and report to the CEO/owners while directing senior managers.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver long‑term growth plans and market expansion strategy.
  • Lead enterprise‑level bids/tenders and commercial negotiations across all service lines.
  • Build/mentor the BD team; set structure, cadence and performance standards.
  • Own CRM pipeline, forecasting and executive reporting; ensure data‑driven decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing to generate demand and lift conversion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated executive leadership (strategy/policy/resource authority) with cross‑functional remit.
  • Evidence of national/enterprise wins and multi‑year contracts.
  • Influential stakeholder management at C‑suite/Board level; strong commercial judgement.
  • Driver Licence, WWCC, Security Adviser Licence where required.
