About the company and the position
The organisation is a clinical trial unit which delivers high standard quality services across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
With state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, the company is committed to remain one of the best clinical trial service providers in the country.
They are now looking for an experienced Account Management/BD professional.
The aim of the role is to act as the primary point of contact to build and cultivate solid relationships with new and existing clients.
The right applicant will be a confident, engaging and articulate individual who can use their natural flair for Sales/BD to support and further develop the company's ongoing partnerships.
This person will be a key driver of sustainable growth for the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build consistent engagement with new and existing customers including local/international CROs and Pharma companies;
- Identify key decision makers, cultivate trust, and build long-term partnerships to drive sustained business growth;
- Promote clinical trial services;
- Build funnel and close deals through a solutions-focused/consultative approach;
- Contribute to marketing strategies;
- Attend conferences, trade shows and other networking events;
About the candidate
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of Sales/KAM/BD experience involving client engagement and relationship building responsibilities;
- Prior experience working with sponsors and CROs (desirable);
- Someone who is comfortable performing all aspects of sales;
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and influence decisions;
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills;
- Someone who is personable, customer-centric, engaging, energetic and articulate;
- Ability to operate in a high-growth/fast-paced company environment, and wear multiple hats as needed.
