Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding battery storage systems, inverters, and related electrical equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, or on-site assistance when required
  • Assist customers with product usage, installation, and maintenance guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and customer support records

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of Solar inverters and battery systems.
  • Proven work experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or licences in the electrical/renewable energy sector will be highly regarded
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
