Reporting to:
Product Owner

Objective:

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and refining requirements, translating features into detailed user stories, and ensuring development readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and refine requirements
  • Translate high-level product features into detailed user stories
  • Create clear and concise user stories
  • Add acceptance criteria and relevant attachments or mock-ups
  • Ensure stories are ready for development (aka "Definition of Ready").
  • Answer questions from developers
  • Clarify business rules or requirements
  • Participate in or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate that the delivered features meet the acceptance criteria
  • Log defects or issues
  • Regularly work with the team and Product Owner to groom the product backlog
  • Help estimate effort (with dev team) and clarify priorities
