You'll be the connector, the problem-solver, and the trusted partner who ensures every key account feels supported, informed, and energised about working with us.In this hands-on role, you'll manage day-to-day account needs, present new products and promotions with confidence, and work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams. You'll champion our key accounts with proactive service, personalised support, and confident product knowledge. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making an impact every single day.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and nurture key wholesale accounts nationwide, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and ahead of the curve.Anticipate needs and present solutions proactively — always one step ahead.Confidently present new ranges, seasonal collections, and promotions with enthusiasm and insight.Represent the brand at trade fairs, showroom tours, and customer strategy sessions.Track account performance, order flow, and delivery timing to ensure everything runs smoothly.Work closely with internal teams to quickly solve problems and keep customers happy.About You3–4 years' experience in key account management or sales, ideally within wholesale, retail, or FMCG.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You lead conversations, anticipate needs, and take initiative without being asked.Exceptional relationship-building skills, with confident communication and smart negotiation abilities.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities.A commercial lens.
