About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this hybrid role is based in our Dandenong office. As our Key Account Manager, you will:

Make a difference: Manage multi-level relationships with key customers to deliver the Pryda value proposition and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Innovate and solve problems: Develop joint strategic growth plans using market insights and business acumen.

Collaborate: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to secure new business opportunities and reinforce the "Why Pryda" message.

Continuous Improvement: Provide market insights and contribute to long-range segment planning and forecasting.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven track record in managing multi level customer relationships and delivering sustainable, profitable sales growth.
  • Commercially astute with sound analytical skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and build lasting relationships both a strategic and operational level.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to safety and performance culture.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (highly desirable).
