You're a confident communicator with a flair for design and a genuine love for helping clients bring their dream spaces to life. You know how to listen, guide, and sell—without the hard sell. You're organised, proactive, and thrive in a team that values integrity, creativity, and Friday laughs.
What You'll Be Doing
• Visiting clients in their homes to understand their vision, space, and needs
• Creating tailored renovation proposals that balance aesthetics, function, and budget
• Using Revit or SketchUp to bring concepts to life and support selections
• Collaborating with our project team to ensure seamless handover and execution
• Following up leads, nurturing relationships, and closing with integrity
• Staying across trends, suppliers, and compliance
• Owning the client journey from first consult to selections
What You'll Bring
• Experience in sales, interiors, or renovations (client-facing preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, interiors, or renovations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit or SketchUp (essential)
• A Diploma in Interior Design or similar qualification
• A knack for building trust and simplifying complex decisions
• Tech-savvy with quoting tools and basic Excel
• A valid driver's licence and confidence visiting homes across Melbourne
• Australian citizenship is required for this position
