Position Overview

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from order handover through to delivery and installation.
  • Manage production job creation, documentation, and communication across departments.
  • Liaise closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, manufacturing files, and supplier requirements.
  • Track project progress and delivery milestones, proactively addressing delays or issues.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout production and delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement in processes and project execution
  • Uphold Acoufelt's values and represent the company professionally at all times.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within manufacturing, production, or construction-related environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
