About the Role

We now have an opportunity for a Product Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term 6 month contract, based in Adelaide.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across Vinarchy's diverse wine portfolio. From vintage rollovers to packaging specifications, your work will ensure seamless product delivery and compliance across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial and premium vintage rollovers, ensuring timely and accurate updates across the product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain packaging specifications for co-pack produced products, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Create and manage packaging documentation for new SKUs, including uploads to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Initiate and coordinate dry goods approval processes, working closely with technical, quality, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Production, and other departments to support product data integrity.
  • Contribute to system and process improvements to enhance data governance and usability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in business admin / supply chain / data management, ideally with exposure to product data, packaging specs, FMCG/wine/bev and ERP/DAM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborative, and proactive problem-solver with a passion for data quality + continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver's licence required
