THE ROLE

The Parks Theatre are seeking a Production Coordinator with a flair for the dramatics Our ideal candidate will have a background in performing arts and have a passion for admin work. Liaising with clients and theatre staff, the Production Coordinator is vital for the smooth operations of our theatres.

Looking after our clients from their initial enquiry and ensuring that their needs are well communicated, as well as providing quotes, raising invoices, record keeping and tracking payments, this casual 3 day per week role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration work and variety in a fast-moving theatre environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or equivalent.
• HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent.
• RRHAN-EC Masterclass – Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education & Care.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• At least 2 years experience in an Administration role.
• Performing Arts Knowledge.
