With strategy, design, estimating, project management, and construction all under one roof, they're known for creating seamless project journeys and exceptional spaces across Australia and New Zealand.
They're growing, and now seeking a talented Interiors Documenter to help bring concepts to life with precision, clarity, and buildable detail.
About The Role:You'll contribute to commercial workplace projects from concept through to construction, and you'll become a key part of ensuring every design translates into a fully resolved, compliant, and build-ready package.
- Produce high-quality documentation across all project stages - concept, design development, tender, and construction.
- Create detailed Revit drawing packages including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, joinery details, sections, and schedules.
- Translate design concepts into fully resolved technical solutions that meet building codes, compliance, and constructability requirements.
- Prepare 3D views, diagrams, and visual material as needed to support design presentations.
- Conduct site measures and verify existing conditions.
- Coordinate documentation with project managers, estimators, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all documents align with brand standards, QA processes, and industry best practice.
- Work closely with interior designers to develop and refine design intent.
- Support project managers and construction teams during delivery stages, including responding to RFIs and resolving onsite queries.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to design reviews, buildability discussions, and solution-based problem solving.
*About You:*
- 2 - 3 years' experience in commercial interiors documentation.
- Strong Revit skills - you are fast, accurate, and confident.
- Ability to produce clear, cohesive, highly detailed drawing sets with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and construction methodology.
- Experience preparing full drawing packages for workplace, fit-out, or commercial projects.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work alongside designers, PMs, estimators, and construction teams.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and an organised, solutions-driven approach.
