About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead in planning, managing, and optimising digital campaigns that boost awareness, enrolments, and recruitment for The Grove Academy. Working closely with our creative team, you'll help shape ideas, oversee the execution of content across social media and digital channels, and make sure our campaigns deliver measurable results.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop and refine digital campaign strategies.
  • Working closely with the Social Media Manager to plan and manage content across digital channels.
  • Planning, implementing, and optimising paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Monitoring and analysing performance using Google Analytics, SEO metrics, and QR code tracking.
  • Conducting SEO audits and recommending optimisations.
  • Running A/B tests and audience segmentation to maximise engagement and conversions.
  • Preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Supporting special projects like recruitment drives, events promotion, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assisting in managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms
  • Experience in campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and reporting on ROI
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation in digital marketing
