Job description

Sawan Stone requires an experienced Marketing Specialist to help guide the next phase of business growth. The current facilities are in Bankstown, NSW. The employee should be responsible to develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns, determine the market for new products, and identify and develop market opportunities for new and existing products.

Tasks Include:

- Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form improved marketing strategies.
- Building and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
- Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
- Research, test and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business.
- Establishing goals and objective to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
- Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Research and analyse market trends.
- Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans for pricing and promoting goods.
- Managing marketing, sales, and business development activities to grow new business.
- Identify market opportunities.
- Evaluate information related to sales, promotions, competition, and market research.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Business management or similar and minimum 3 to 5 years experience

**Job Type**:
Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
