Bankstown Sports is one of he largest clubs in NSW supporting more than 45 local sporting clubs and over 10,000 individuals who participate in sport, as well as hundreds of local charities and community groups. With more than 130,000 members, Bankstown Sports Group employs over 500 staff and offers a fun, exciting and safe entertainment destination in the southwest with key features including a movie theatre, live shows, free weekly entertainment, function rooms, restaurants and bars. Venues include Lady Banks Rooftop, The Acres Club Greenacre, Bankstown Sports Bowls, Birrong Sports, Club, Baulkham Hills Sports Club and Greenacre Bowling Club

**The role you could play**:
As our **Marketing Specialist**, you will be responsible for establishing an engaging, inspiring and inviting brand presence for our associated venues, agencies, and community team through the execution of key marketing and membership campaigns.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Managing and maintaining the marketing calendar for venues and agencies and ensure all stakeholders are across key dates and planned campaigns and content.
- Coordinating and optimising hallmark, marketing, and member promotions for associated venues and agencies, including the successful planning and execution of key member nights and events - you are the spearhead of our campaigns and onboard the marketing channel specialists where needed.
- Regular post campaign analysis on key initiatives and providing recommendations on future activities.
- Photography + Videography Shoots and management of agency briefs and shoot days
- Design briefs to agency and efficient artwork trafficking
- Work closely with the Marketing Assistant to launch new menus and ensure key venue signage is up to date and relevant.
- Working with the social media specialist to ensure accurate content for associated venues and agencies.
- You are the key marketing contact for our sport and community channels; assisting them to create and bring to life inspiring and engaging stories about our community contribution and working with the marketing and PR team to bring these to life via our key channels.
