We're looking for a Content & Creative Marketing Assistant who can combine design skills and compelling writing to fuel growth across web, social, paid ads, and video.

About the Role

This is a hybrid content and design role where you'll manage end-to-end content creation, from words to visuals to campaign execution.

Content Writing

  • Write copy for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, websites, blogs, and social posts.
  • Adapt tone and message for diverse audiences: injured workers, employers, insurers, and health professionals.
  • Optimise content for conversions, SEO, and paid performance.

Creative Design & Asset Production

  • Design infographics, social graphics, and marketing materials using tools like Canva.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos and reels (e.g., via CapCut).
  • Collaborate on web content and social storytelling, ensuring consistency across channels.

Digital Marketing & Optimisation

  • Contribute to paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion optimisation (CRO).
  • Use performance data to refine both copy and creative assets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in content creation + digital marketing.
  • Strong design and copywriting skills with a portfolio that shows both.
  • Proven experience running or supporting paid campaigns.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker.
  • Familiar with Australian spelling, tone, and cultural nuance.
  • Bonus: SEO or experience with structured content briefs.
