Bankstown Sports is one of the largest clubs in NSW supporting more than 45 local

sporting clubs and over 10,000 individuals who participate in sport, as well as hundreds of local charities and community groups. With more than 130,000 members, Bankstown Sports Group employs over 500 staff and offers a fun, exciting and safe entertainment destination in the southwest with key features including a movie theatre, live shows, free weekly entertainment, function

rooms, restaurants and bars.

**Venues include**: Lady Banks Rooftop, The Acres Club Greenacre, Bankstown Sports Bowls, Birrong Sports Club, Baulkham Hills Sports Club and Greenacre Bowling Club.

**The role you could play**:
As our **Digital Marketing Specialist,** you will manage the ongoing development, technical execution and optimisation of our digital platforms, website, App, and internal venue technology and will be the key contact with our internal stakeholders and agencies in this space. Working within the marketing team you will support the key channel specialists and Group Marketing manager to translate our messages into engaging digital campaigns for the group, including our venues and Lady Banks Rooftop.
**Responsibilities **of the role**
- Working with the Group Marketing Manager to develop a strategic digital marketing plan that underpins the Group business objectives, optimises the overarching marketing strategy, generates leads, and encourages loyalty and advocacy
- Execution, optimisation of key marketing strategies through the key Group digital channels - 8 websites, Bankstown Sports App, Digital Advertising platforms, social and programmatic
- Key advisor of optimised website content, SEO/SEM, and programmatic activity in the digital space
- Planning, developing, and implementing effective customer communication campaigns across paid channels
- Leading the ongoing content and engagement strategy of the Bankstown Sports App in collaboration with internal Developers and CRM team on an ongoing communication plan for App users
- Working with social media & marketing specialist to ensure always on paid ads are run effectively and in coherence with the organic social media presence
- Identifying opportunities for elevated digital presence and maintenance of our online advertising platforms including AGFG and Ticket Search
- Assisting in the development of future digital opportunities
- Preparing monthly digital campaign and channel performance reports
