Role Description
This is an on-site role based in North Rocks, NSW
, available on a
full-time or part-time basis
, for an energetic
Sales & Marketing Representative
.
The role is focused on
outbound sales and customer acquisition
with a structured roster and clear performance targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, making outbound calls and contacts, and achieving conversion targets to bring on new small-to-medium business customers.
Day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Conducting
outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach - Meeting daily/weekly sales activity and conversion quotas
- Building and managing client relationships
- Promoting ITC's solutions (data sanitization, remarketing, and e-waste recycling)
- Maintaining accurate customer data and sales records
- Supporting administration tasks related to sales reporting and compliance
- Collaborating with operations for smooth customer onboarding and collection processes
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in
sales and marketing
, preferably B2B - Outgoing, bubbly, and confident personality with resilience in outbound sales
- Ability to handle
high-volume calls
, cold calling, and objection handling - Knowledge of
sales pipelines, CRM systems, and data management - Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or e-waste recycling
highly regarded - Understanding of
ISO standards
(ISO 9001, 14001, is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
