Role Description
Location:
Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid / Travel as required)
We are seeking a proactive and driven
Sales & Marketing Specialist
to help grow TBEA's presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role will focus on promoting
HV/MV cable systems and accessories
to
utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, and engineering consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with
utilities, EPCs, contractors, and distributors - Support
tendering, bidding, and pre-qualification
processes - Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct
market research and competitor analysis - Assist in
marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and digital branding - Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams in China and Australia
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customer reports
- Support contract negotiation and project follow-up
- Represent TBEA in meetings and industry events
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Mandarin language skills (oral & written)
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
Nice to Have (Highly Valued):
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably within energy, electrical, power, or infrastructure industry)
- Experience with
HV/MV cables, transformers, substations, or related equipment - Existing network in
utilities, EPCs or energy sector - Technical background or ability to understand engineering specifications
- Experience working with
international manufacturers - Understanding of the utility/EPC procurement process (preferred)
