Role Description

Location:

Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid / Travel as required)

We are seeking a proactive and driven 
Sales & Marketing Specialist
 to help grow TBEA's presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role will focus on promoting 
HV/MV cable systems and accessories
 to 
utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, and engineering consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with 
    utilities, EPCs, contractors, and distributors
  • Support 
    tendering, bidding, and pre-qualification
     processes
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct 
    market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in 
    marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and digital branding
  • Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams in China and Australia
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and customer reports
  • Support contract negotiation and project follow-up
  • Represent TBEA in meetings and industry events

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Mandarin language skills (oral & written)
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)

Nice to Have (Highly Valued):

  • Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably within energy, electrical, power, or infrastructure industry)
  • Experience with 
    HV/MV cables, transformers, substations, or related equipment
  • Existing network in 
    utilities, EPCs or energy sector
  • Technical background or ability to understand engineering specifications
  • Experience working with 
    international manufacturers
  • Understanding of the utility/EPC procurement process (preferred)
