We specialize in delivering high-quality upgrades – from lighting, hot water systems, Air conditioning to solar and more.

As demand grows, we're seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead our growth strategy, connect with new clients, and help scale our impact across Victoria.

Role Description

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainability, strong sales instincts, and creative marketing skills. You'll play a key role in driving both B2B and B2C engagement while supporting the end-to-end customer acquisition process

This is an on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and promoting products, conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
