Job Description

As a Talent Manager you will be the intelligence behind the recruitment function, driving candidate discovery, system integrity, and talent engagement. Your understanding of hospitality roles and trends will shape strategic sourcing and ensure the recruitment team is empowered with the best tools and insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping the hospitality market to identify emerging talent and track industry shifts
  • Building and managing data-rich talent pipelines across LinkedIn, Seek, and JobAdder
  • Maintaining clean, up-to-date CRM records through ongoing auditing and updates
  • Supporting recruitment activity through CV reviews, initial outreach, and data exports

You are a curious, detail-oriented individual with a natural drive to stay ahead of industry trends. Whether you are engaging with candidates or managing systems, you bring professionalism, accuracy, and positive energy to the team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong grasp of systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and JobAdder
  • Sound knowledge of hospitality industry roles and recruitment processes
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for research
  • Strong organisational skills and a high standard of data accuracy
