The Role: Talent Manager (Sydney)
We're looking for a highly organised, culturally connected
Talent Manager
to join our growing Talent division in Sydney. You will take ownership of your own roster of digital talent, helping to shape their brand strategy, secure commercial opportunities, and build long-term relationships with key industry partners.
This is an ideal role for a confident, self-starting individual with a proven track record in talent management who is ready to take the next step in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

. Office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day needs of a roster of talent, including scheduling, brand partnerships, and overall career development.
- Act as the main point of contact for your talent and represent them in all professional communications and negotiations.
- Lead the development of proposals in response to brand briefs and proactively seek out new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand, agency, and platform partners.
- Oversee campaign execution from brief to delivery, ensuring talent deliverables are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and recruit emerging talent to join the Komodo roster.
- Guide new talent through onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into Komodo's systems and processes.
- Coordinate logistics for appearances, events, gifting, and PR opportunities.
- Keep all internal documentation, bios, and media kits up to date.
Accountability
- Drive commercial success and long-term growth for your talent roster.
- Deliver high-quality campaign execution and maintain strong talent satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with clear communication and organisation throughout.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, preferably within the influencer, entertainment, or digital media space.
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and personable style.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities and relationships.
- A strong negotiator and advocate for talent.
- Passionate about shaping talent careers and driving impactful brand partnerships.
