We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join one of our award-winning offices, Place Ascot You'll provide world-class service, manage communications with landlords and tenants and work closely with a team that truly understands the value of Property Management.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own property portfolio all within reasonable proximity of the esteemed Ascot and Nundah suburbs;
  • Using your client-centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike;
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, lease renewals, and arrears;
  • Collaborate with a team that supports growth and celebrates success together

Skills & Experience

  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration;
  • 1-3+ years' experience as a Property Manager;
  • A current valid QLD Driver's License;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment; and
  • Passion for Property Management and People;
  • Experience with Property Me and Air Table a bonus
