This position will be an integral link between the Property Management and Leadership teams across our two successful businesses.

Role Description
- Your typical day in this role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Provide on-the-ground leadership, direction, and guidance to the Property Management team in collaboration with the Team Leader
- Act as a concierge to the BDM team, assisting them to prepare appointment documentation and complete compliance checks ensuring a smooth transition to the property management team and a stellar experience for the client
- Manage a small portfolio of properties through the new business onboarding process before providing handover to Property Manager
- Provide initial and ongoing training, coaching and trouble-shoot support to team members to ensure technical compliance is maintained across all positions
- Maintain a technical aptitude and knowledge of Property Management process and legislation and assist the BDMs to grow their knowledge
- Coordinate relevant industry events such as training opportunities, client events, trade shows, and Industry event contributions
- Establish monthly 1:1 meetings, prepare and execute annual growth plans and contribute to change management;
- Work collaboratively with various necessary departments to establish a smooth employee onboarding program and nurture new starters within the department
- Consistently review department performance and undertaking against the strategy ensuring alignment to the business plan of the department
- Act as an escalation point to resolve any conflicts that may arise within portfolio’s

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration;
- Recent property management experience in a senior capacity;
- Extensive legislative knowledge and understand and comfortable with recent legislative changes;
- Proven experience with implementing new systems and processes resulting in better business performance;
- Experience leading and developing a team;
- Team player mindset who is happy to assist where necessary;
