Ray White Ascot is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Contracts and Sales Administrator to join our high-performing team. We're a dynamic, fast-paced agency with a strong focus on culture, development, and success.

The role:

You will be supporting agents with their administrative tasks and managing the contracts process from end-to-end which includes but is not limited to:

  • Preparing Form 6 documents, appraisal kits and pre-listing presentations
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns
  • Preparing property signage, brochures, flyers and online marketing materials
  • Supporting at monthly In Room Auction Events with bidder registrations and contracts
  • Maintaining exceptional communication with clients and the team
  • Managing properties from under contract through to settlement
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents and clients to ensure a smooth contract execution consistently
  • Managing and monitoring all contract deadlines
  • Working closely with our Finance Manager for internal settlement processes

  • Previous experience in real estate or a similar role is essential (minimum 6 months preferred). Experience using Canva, Trello, Realworks, Engage not essential but highly regarded.
