Stocktake Account Manager – Beyond Measure Hospitality Services

Location: Various locations across Perth

About Us:

Beyond Measure provides a regular stocktaking service for bars, restaurants and bottle-shops in Perth.

We use scales, scanners and laptops (all provided) to count and weigh bottles for 20+ hospitality venues, all within 30 mins of the CBD. This provides the venue with accurate stocktake information they can use to keep variances low and manage cost of goods.

Job Description:

The role is suited to someone with bar or bottle-shop management experience who is looking for a new challenge.

Most of our work is done in the morning from 6-11am, so you'll have plenty of time in the afternoons to make the most out of your day.

The job is physical - we lift heavy kegs and scan stock items in all sorts of locations.

The job is analytical - once the counting is done, computer skills are necessary to process sales and purchase information in order to produce reporting for the client.

It's not an average 9-5 job - there will be 3 day weeks, there will also be 6 day weeks. Flexibility is necessary, and schedules are sent out many weeks in advance.

Time off requests are unlikely to be accepted anywhere near the end of the month, where we are the busiest. For example, the 24th of any given month through til the 7th of the next month is where we tend to be very busy. This includes Christmas and New Year - availability around this time will be required.

Your role will start out with simple data collection and familiarization with our software, before more training will be introduced until you are managing and completing jobs, working alongside a small team.

A drivers license and car is a must, as we're often at multiple sites per day.

Starting salary 62k, moving to 65k after a successful 12 months. If you are displaying all the necessary qualities and thriving in this role, we are happy to discuss increasing the salary further.

Incentives: If a new client comes to us through you, a percentage of the fee will be paid directly to you on an on-going basis, as an incentive to increase your income and help grow/be a part of the business.
