Customer Service Representative – Full Time (Office Based, Newstead)

About Us

Engage Direct is a sales and marketing company based in Gasworks, Newstead. We help brands connect with their customers through genuine conversations—whether that's booking services, recruitment, or customer support.

The Role

We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep to join our office team. You'll be making phone calls to existing customers on behalf of our clients (bookings and follow-ups), assisting with recruitment calls for our own team, and supporting with some general admin tasks. This is an office-based role (not remote), Monday–Friday.

What You'll Do

  • Call existing customers to make bookings
  • Handle recruitment calls and schedule interviews
  • General admin support (data entry, filing, organising)
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service

  • Confident on the phone with a friendly manner
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and admin tasks
  • A team player who enjoys working in a supportive office environment
