About the role:

We are currently seeking a Workshop Customer Service representative to join our team working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm in our Newstead Head Office. Your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Handling outbound calls and emails to customers to discuss quotes prepared by the workshop technicians and/or manufacturers.
  • Communications internally with workshop and stores based on customers instructions.
  • Preparation of invoices for customers repairs.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with Xero (desirable)
  • Knowledge/interest in jewellery and watches
