About Our Client

This is a rare opportunity for a Industrial, Commercial or Retail Property Manager to transition into the world of development. Our client is a Private and active industrial developer known for delivering some of Australia's best industrial precincts, warehouses, and self-storage projects.

The Opportunity

Reporting to an experienced Senior Development Manager, this role will be split between property management of existing assets as well as supporting the development team to deliver industrial developments. This position will suit someone who has property management experience but is keen to gain exposure to development.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Existing Portfolio of Industrial Assets
  • Support Development Team in Managing Development Projects
  • Analysing Development Options, Sales, Pricing & Delivery of Projects
  • Assist in Planning, Design & Delivery of Development Strategies
  • Assisting in Discussions with the Relevant Authorities, Agents & Builders

Who We're Looking For

Our client would like to meet candidates that are currently working as an Industrial, Commercial, or Retail Property Manager that are keen to transition into development management. Other key requirements include:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Property, or Equivalent
  • Excellent Communication, Computer & Time Management Skills
  • The Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Be Adaptable, Open to Change & Learning New Skills
  • Must be able to take Direction & Work as Part of a Team
