We are engaged exclusively by a private property developer owned by a high-net-worth individual that has been developing residential land subdivisions in NSW for over 30 years. This group has over 1,000 lots being delivered in western Sydney and is expanding its portfolio further in NSW.

Our client is seeking a self-motivated and adaptable Assistant Development Manager to assist with the delivery of various land subdivisions consisting of circa 200 lots in Sydney's southwest. They are looking for someone with experience in the planning and/or delivery of land subdivisions and masterplanned communities as either a Project Manager or Assistant Development Manager.

You must possess strong financial and commercial acumen, experience in managing multiple stakeholders, and be genuinely interested in delivering residential land subdivisions. You must also have related tertiary qualifications and be a strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
