About the Role

We're seeking a Business Manager with a strong financial background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, results-driven leader who is passionate about operational excellence and has a talent for clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship support to finance and administration division
  • Manage all operational requirements, monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed
  • Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, cash flow, budgeting and working capital matters
  • Present and provide analysis, insights and recommendations to the board
  • Be part of the stakeholder group to recommend, implement and monitor business strategies including vision building, business mergers and acquisitions and capital raising
  • Liaise with external providers including financiers, accountant, insurer, investors, legal advisers, suppliers, regulators to support the business
  • Embed further automation and AI capabilities
  • Implement continuous improvement of systems, processes, governance and risk management
  • Foster a culture of excellence with a growth mindset
  • Maintain and communicate firm company values

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years
    work experience preferably in a professional service environment
  • Ability to direct and manage complex budgets, direct and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • General business skills including staff development and training
  • Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
  • Adaptability to a fast-changing work environment, taking on new challenges whenever necessary
