About the Role
The Risk and Control Advisory (RCA) team is valued and trusted business partner, working across Hollard's line 1 business functions to embed enterprise risk policies and frameworks into business operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Resilience, the Manager, Business Continuity will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing embedment of CPS230 compliance, whilst maintaining the existing Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program and responsibilities.
You will also shape and embed risk and resilience practices, working collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Leadership and management of the line 1 Business Continuity team
- Support enterprise-wide risk maturity uplift initiatives and business resilience transformation
- Partner with a variety of stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships across the business
- Coordinate and maintain Hollard's Business Continuity Management Program, including compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure preparedness for major disruptions through planning and testing
- Prepare reports and provide data as required for internal and external committees/requests
About You
- Substantial experience in Risk Management and/or Business Resilience
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CPS230, CPS232, and operational resilience requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, business continuity management, and crisis management frameworks
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies, policies, and frameworks
- Superior knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the Australian financial services industry
- Leadership experience in building and developing enterprise capabilities and driving organisational change highly regarded
- Natural collaborator and communicator who can influence, coach and build trust across all levels of the organisation
