About the role

As the ISS Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of diving and hyperbaric support services. You'll play a key role in aligning our services with Defence operational needs, managing contract performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Primary duties include:

  • Lead the delivery of ISS Category Integrator contracts in line with company policies and Defence expectations.
  • Monitor contract performance, manage risks, and escalate legal issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence clients and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in contract management, ideally in service delivery or Defence.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage commercial risk and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Eligibility for Australian Security Clearance and Defence Foreign Work Authorisation.
  • Experience with Defence contracts (desirable)
  • Lean training (preferred but not essential)
